Minimum House Accounts
Required minimum charges for food and beverage are shown below. Club functions and Private functions count towards minimums
with the exception of the Gentlemen’s Invitation, Member/Guest Tournaments and Inter-Club Events.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Only food and beverage consumed in the Clubhouse will apply to minimums.
- Take out orders are not applied to your minimums.
- Unused minimums cannot be rolled over into another period.
The Minimum House account is universal and are set up quarterly except that Non Resident, Junior and Clubhouse Members who are 80 years and older and have been a member for 20 plus years will be exempt from the minimum house.
Golf, Tennis and Clubhouse Intermediates age 20-29 and Clubhouse Members who are 80 years and older and have been a member under 20 years will be on an annual minimum.
Exemptions will be allowed for extenuating circumstances, only upon written request and approval by the Board. Minimum House Balances are available to view on the Club website.
