TRANSFERS BETWEEN CATEGORIES (revised May 29, 2012)
Requests to transfer must be submitted in writing by January 31st of each year. Transfers between categories will be permitted provided there is a vacancy in the category. The individual transferring will not be permitted to “jump” the wait list, with the exception of transfers back from “non resident”. Members are required to stay in the category they transferred into for at least one (1) year, before requesting a transfer back. If a request to transfer back is prior to the one (1) year requirement, then the member is required to pay the full annual fee they would have paid had they not transferred.
